A group of passionate HR professionals in the UK space sector are establishing ConstellHR, a peer-to-peer network to:

–Knowledge share: Discussing how topical HR issues can be addressed in space-specific contexts
– Foster collaboration: Driving HR innovation and enhancing the core employee value proposition across the sector
– Support development: Sharing opportunities for space-specific professional development for HR colleagues

Once established, ConstellHR aims to provide a supportive and collaborative environment for HR peers to collectively drive
sector growth through effective people management strategies. ConstellHR is free to join, and will host bi-monthly calls for you to
share knowledge and expertise with your HR peers.
